Presentation
COMMUNICATION CENTER INTERNATIONAL presents about 60 different seminars mainly in Management, Sales, Communication and Crisis Communication.
The courses are all based on the exclusive JACOBSON FORMATION METHOD ® created successfully in the mid-eighties (interactive teaching method aiming at acquiring efficient and motivating behaviour and based on maturity and the cycle of Professor KOLB).
The modification of participants’ attitudes and behaviours represents the added-value of Communication Center International. The participants adapt the contents of the training, for example by individually filling in an “application contract” with concrete decisions and commitments !
The “application contract” is an extremely useful tool, both for the participant and the employer. If both parties wish, it can indeed be used as part of a true follow-up of the training or as part of a performance and evaluation interview, translating the efforts made by both the participant and the employer into a “win-win” result.
- The “tailor made” training are generally given within the customer’s company (intramural seminars).
- The “open” training to a small group of participants from different professional environments take place each month on the premises of Communication Center International in Brussels (open seminars). They pertain to certain themes and are communicated in a specific calendar.
- Thanks to its exhaustive experience, Communication Center International can also offer specific help to employees in dilemma situation (individual coaching). A study carried out in 2009 by PWC, shows that the “Return On Investment” (ROI) of coaching was evaluated to 732 PC !
The consultant-trainers are active in Belgium and abroad (Germany, Austria, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Dubai, the United States, France, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Romania). They teach in 5 languages: English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish.
In only a few years Communication Center International has developed a Thesaurus of more than 1.000 “tailor made” seminars. The company has trained more than 250 Executive Committees and “Crisis” Management Teams in crisis communication alone.
The 4 values of the company developed in the company charter are: professionalism, the will to achieve, innovation, respect in our methods and to our clients.
